Skin Solutions is pleased to announce we now are offering fully accredited beauty training courses. Our courses are written to the highest level and follow the National occupational standards which is the same standard as an NVQ qualification.
Our courses only have small classes with a maximum of 4 students to ensure you get the most from our training and leave confident and ready to start performing treatments to a high standard. You will receive a certificate to show you are and fully trained and qualified so you can gain insurance to start your new treatments straight away.
Skin Solutions the beauty salon was opened 14 years ago and is known for our excellent customer service, knowledgeable friendly beauty therapists and the place to go for the latest, highest standard and results driven treatments.
Opened by Sarah Ward in 2007 who has worked for beauty salons, Spas, Cruise ships, and trained for many Professional Skincare companies. The most well-known being Dermalogica and Bare Minerals.
It has been a dream for many years for Sarah to open a training centre so she can combine her love for teaching and her passion for skincare but never thought it would be possible due to having family commitments and young children. But lockdown happened and Sarah found some extra time so Skin Solutions Beauty training centre has been born!
Sarah identified a need for thorough and advanced beauty training as in the past when recruiting there has been a lack of skills in certain areas that has become apparent in some beauty therapist’s knowledge and ability.
The training program all our therapists go through before performing treatments on clients at Skin Solutions is second to none, to ensure our customers get the ultimate experience every time they visit. This is the same level of training you will receive on one of our training courses, which is reflected in Skin Solutions 5-star reviews.
Our courses are suitable for starting out on your new beauty career as they tailored for every level. Or you may be an already qualified therapist looking for some more in-depth training than what you have received in the past or want to learn some new treatments taught to the highest standard. Employer looking to upskill their therapists.
Our courses are blended learning where you can learn all the theory behind your chosen course online from the comfort of your own home.
You will then spend one or two days at Skin Solutions doing all your practical hands-on training.
There will be two case studies you need to complete after the course to demonstrate your understanding.
Then you will attend an assessment session to show off what you have learnt and put all your hard work together culminating in the most amazing treatment.
You will have unlimited support during and after the course and will receive an in-depth workbook to keep to help make sure you are an extremely confident and capable beauty therapist.
